Helping the Community One Cat at a Time!

Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a humane and effective way to help community cats. By implementing TNR practices, we can stabilize community cat populations, improve their quality of life, and reduce the number of cats entering shelters. The process involves trapping community cats, spaying or neutering them, providing necessary medical care, and returning them to their original location. This approach helps prevent the cycle of overpopulation and supports the overall well-being of community cats. If you are interested in learning more about how to help community cats through TNR, reach out to us for resources, guidance, and support.

Exciting News!

Please join us on January 11, 2025 for our Back To The 90s Dance!

We are excited to announce that Luna Paws has been accepted into a grant program through United Spay Alliance that will allow us to significantly enhance our mission of spaying/neutering outdoor cats in our community. In order to receive a matching grant of $2000, we need to raise $2000 of our own.

These funds will be dedicated exclusively to spaying and neutering outdoor cats. By ensuring these cats are fixed, we can help control the population and reduce the number of homeless animals while improving the health and well-being of our local feline community.

We invite you to contribute to this crucial effort by attending our Back to the 90s Dance Party Fundraiser! This will be held at the American Legion Post #193 in Luna Pier, MI!

Thank you for your continued support of Luna Paws and our mission to assist outdoor cats in our area.

At Luna Paws, we are dedicated to educating our community about Trap, Neuter, Release (TNR) principles. Through our outreach programs, we aim to raise awareness about the importance of TNR in controlling the local cat population and promoting responsible pet ownership. By sharing our knowledge and resources, we empower individuals to make a positive impact on the welfare of community cats. Join us in our mission to create a more compassionate and informed society for our feline friends.
